NASA to Give Update on Artemis I Moon Mission

A perspective on the Artemis I Space Send off Framework (SLS) and Orion shuttle on the versatile launcher on Platform 39B at NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida on Sept. 15, 2022. Additionally in view are two of the three lightning towers that encompass the cushion and shield the SLS and Orion from lightning strikes. Artemis I is the principal coordinated trial of the SLS and Orion shuttle. In future Artemis missions, NASA will land the primary lady and the principal ethnic minority on the outer layer of the Moon, making ready for a drawn out lunar presence and filling in as a steppingstone while heading to Mars.

NASA will have a media video chat at 12 p.m. EDT Thursday, Nov. 3, to talk about the situation with its Artemis I flight test that will send off the Space Send off Framework (SLS) rocket from NASA's Kennedy Space Center in Florida. The uncrewed mission will send the Orion rocket past the Moon and back to Earth before future missions with group.
