The 37-year-old reality star admitted on the most recent episode of The Kardashians that she is attempting to 'un-love' the dad of her children.
Khloe tells the cameras: "When I said I'm figuring out how to un-love Tristan, I think individuals — whether it be family or companions, or anybody you're recounting your story to — they're like 'OK, so continue on.'
"I'm like 'No'. It is quite difficult."
Khloe added that she is attempting to hold herself back from calling Tristan during her blissful and miserable minutes.
"The redundancy, the daily practice. When something great occurred, I would call Tristan. I did that. Any easily overlooked detail I would impart my life to him."
"I realize that this isn't the proper thing for me," she said. "Also, I really want to gradually mend and continue on, however it doesn't come about more or less by accident," conceded Khloe.
